Hello guys,
I’m a fellow human being born 21 years ago. I live like a normal person, but there is a different world in my imagination that I visit more often. I love those cheesy rom-coms even though I say I hate them. I’m a crybaby but I pack a punch. ( I once hit a guy and he cried ) I’m a superhero geek but an average academic. I love to design but I live to travel. I’m in love with food and I enjoy a good night out ! I’m short but make up for it by being charming. I have been often called clumsy, dreamy and weird because i think and feel a bit differently. But I pride myself in it as it makes me, Me !
But I’m sure there are many people who think and feel differently like me and that is the reason why I have started this blog. I want to help the people who are going through what I went through. When you are different, it is sometimes hard for you to relate. It’s challenging to turn yourself into an ideal version of the society. You sacrifice your difference just to fit in with everyone, but you lose the confidence to be yourself. There are times when the people close to you cannot relate to you. You begin to realise you are lonely, unhappy and unmotivated and it takes a toll on you.
I have been a victim to these as well and unfortunately, I had no one to really talk to. I tried talking to the people close to me. They always listened but they did not understand. After struggling through some of the issues I have faced in my life, I’m happy to say that I’m a survivor. I went through many trials and errors to be happy with who I’m today. But life isn’t always so perfect. When life gives you crap, you have to deal with it. I still experience those ups and downs. But I do know that I still have a long way to go and I will also never up. No matter how rock bottom I have hit. ( Thump! Haha )
And neither should you ! I hope the stories of my life, those little bits of experiences provide you a little hope and a lot of amusement. Hey, I’m no Mother Theresa, but I will always try to help a person in need.
